Efficiency is Happiness is Efficiency

Well-being and Productivity for those who care.

From Problems to Solutions

People and organizations have problems, challenges, and opportunities. Which one do you have?

  • A problem. An unsolved painful issue. “I guess there is nothing I can do about it”.

  • A challenge. A painful issue that you passively understand must be fought against, trying to mitigate the negatives it brings.

  • An opportunity. A painful issue, that you actively understand brings not only bad but can bring good as well. Ideally, you are trying to find a good way of solving the issue that will make you better, faster, more agile, and more adaptable.

Do you want to change problems and challenges into opportunities? Do you want to turn all three into concrete action and get results?

The following example is personal because it is the easiest to understand. But the approach applies to business and team issues as well.

The current stage

‍Example of the current stage

What needs to happen to go forward? Realization of what?

Cluelessness

‍A person simply living their ordinary life.

They need to realize that the issue exists, that it is real and impactful.

Problem

‍"OMG, I am fat."

That the issue can be solved.

Challenge

‍"Wow, there are so many ways to lose fat, to diet and exercise."

That in every issue there are good opportunities to be found.

Opportunity

‍"Losing fat would make me healthier, more attractive and improve my career and personal life. It's a lot of work, though, and it won't work on me anyway since I have big bones."

That identifying the issue is not enough; that taking action is what matters.

‍‍‍‍Action

"I am great at quitting smoking. I have been doing it hundreds of times. The same applies to my constant dieting."

That action for the sake of action is fruitless. Action should lead to positive outcome.

Results

‍"I actually lost 10kg last year, but then gained it all back and some."

That one-off result means nothing. That consistently getting results is what matters.

Consistent results

‍"I lost the unnecessary fat and am healthy. Have been maintaining it for a long time. This is part of my life now, part of me. I am not dieting, I am living my healthy life with my healthy eating, sleeping and exercising habits. This is easy!"

That winging it or trying to out-hustle/out-work others won't cut it. If you want results, you should keep results in mind, but instead of concentrating on them, you should counter-intuitively put effort on improving the process. People and Systems are what matters and should be the main focus. With good people, who are empowered by working in a properly designed System (company, rules, culture, communication, motivation, accountability, sticks and carrots, etc.) good and consistent results will come almost automatically.

Be the change-maker and let me help you! Regardless of the stage you are on.

Happiness is work minus resistance.

Practical approach: Overarching themes and specialized topics

There is no general silver bullet solution that would solve everything. The best solution package will depend on your circumstances.

“You” means:

  • personal individual issues
  • interpersonal issues in organizations

Out of the table of topics divided into stages, which ones resonated with you? Which aspects are you most lacking? Which issues require the most attention? Which of the 3 general groups are your main issues representing?

If you feel like out of the Happiness/Mind/Relationships/Mindset, then the solution might concentrate on:

• Mindset
• Self-awareness, True Honesty
• De-Stress sessions
• Connecting to and creating purpose
• Impostor syndrome
• Burnout prevention
• Overwhelm

If you think like out of the Efficiency/Body/Organization, then the solution might concentrate on:

• Mindset
• Stress and Time Management
• Communication
• Goal Setting and Action Planning
• Productivity
• Anti-Procrastination
• Personal Accountability

If you sense that you have issues in all three groups:

• One-to-One Coaching and Hypno-Coaching for Executives
• Personal Coaching and Hypno-Coaching for Employees/Teams
• Multi-session training spanning different topics
