Leonor Carvalho, PhD
I am a trauma-informed hypnotherapist, coach and master NLP- and somatic- practitioner. I have a scientific background on IT and bio-sciences, and I hold a doctoral degree in Biochemistry. Having worked as a researcher and a teacher, I am experienced in creating engaging educational materials, public speaking and facilitation of workshops/seminars.
My diverse background covers multiple disciplines and cultures. This equips me with the ability to understand people from various fields and backgrounds. It also enables effective communication with individuals of different personality types.
Since 2019, and from my home office in Turku, Finland I have helped people from all around the world to overcome overwhelm, burnout and create a life with more purpose and less chaos.
